Manages the workforce and workflow within the departments directly or through supervisors to assigned inbound/outbound job functions within the departments to balance staffing and reduce overtime. Managing the team of 150+ employees with dealing approx 120K+ Shipments (forward supply chain ) in Proper and Allied locations. Responsibilities may include interviewing, selection and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; authoring and discussing with employees performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards. Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the Area Business Head.
